Plain-language answers on Qubi AI Suite, the Joule augmentation pattern, deployment modes, sovereign Canadian inference, and compliance posture. For anything not covered here, reach out at /company/contact or book a discovery call at /demo.
Is Qubi a Joule alternative?
No. Qubi is Joule's augmentor. Joule is the conversation; Qubi is the execution. They run side-by-side and hand off when the workflow exceeds Joule's session model — long-running agents, cross-system orchestration, custom Segregation-of-Duties beyond SAP GRC, multi-model BYOK, and external-data RAG. Qubi never replaces Joule.
Can I run Qubi entirely inside my own infrastructure?
Yes. Self-hosted is the default deployment mode. The platform runs inside your boundary with zero telemetry leaving the customer environment. Self-hosted is the right choice for regulated industries, government, and SAP customers with strict data-handling policies.
What deployment modes does Qubi support?
Three modes, all first-class. Self-hosted (enterprise default, runs in customer infrastructure with zero telemetry). SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) (deployed against your existing SAP landscape). SaaS (managed in our Canadian region with PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25-aligned data residency).
Where does inference happen?
It depends on deployment. In self-hosted or BTP mode, inference runs wherever you point the model layer — your own GPUs, cloud, or Qubittron Bastion. In SaaS mode, inference runs in our Canadian region by default. Bastion specifically runs all inference on OVH AI Endpoints in BHS region (Quebec).
What SAP products does Qubi support?
S/4HANA Cloud (Public and Private editions), S/4HANA on-premise, ECC (legacy Business Suite 7), SAP Business One, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP Ariba (read-side workflows).
Does Qubi have a public price list?
No. Every engagement is scoped against your actual SAP landscape — modules in scope, environments, deployment mode. A 30-minute discovery call at qubittron.ai/demo gives a concrete number. Public price ladders create downstream friction in enterprise SAP deals, so we deliberately don't publish one.
Is Qubittron certified by SAP?
Qubittron is an SAP Silver Partner authorized under SAP PartnerEdge for Sell and Service. The partnership is verifiable in SAP's public partner directory. Nothing on the site implies endorsement by SAP beyond the partner relationship.
What's the difference between Qubi AI Suite and Qubittron Bastion?
Qubi AI Suite (qubittron.ai) is the enterprise platform — workflows, agents, RAG, multi-model chat, meeting intelligence, project management. Bastion (developer.qubittron.ai) is a sovereign Canadian LLM API: OpenAI-compatible endpoints with all inference in Canada on OVH BHS, PIPEDA / Quebec Law 25 / ITSG-33 aligned. Different products, same parent brand.
Is Qubi SOC 2 compliant?
SOC 2 Type I is attested. SOC 2 Type II audit is underway with completion expected in Q3 2026.
What foundation models does Qubi support?
OpenAI (GPT family), Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), Mistral, Meta Llama, Alibaba Qwen, DeepSeek, and Google Gemma. Selection is per workflow with bring-your-own-key (BYOK) governance. Self-hosted deployments may also point at on-prem inference (vLLM, llama.cpp) or Bastion private clusters.
